When I was young, a long time ago, it was the “in” thing to wash your hair with beer. Especially the girls ! Now Australian supermodel has revealed she keeps her gleaming locks in a healthy state with a regular douse of beer. She says the method was passed on to her by her Mother. The old fashioned treatment apparently works by leaving a residue of hops and barley from the beer and it dries leaving a coating which is supposed to give more body and weight. Funny thing, more beer than I am accustomed to, gives me more body and weight !
